Welcome! Toge Ippei is a Japanese erhu player, who lives in Tokyo. He sometimes does live performance at Chinense restaurant and also plays guitar and erhu in a band "Tomoshibi" accompanying with respectable musicians. He has been learning handicrafting erhu, manupilating heavy machine dreaming his self-biulding a common workshop house someday.

I will play erhu and guitar at Sings in Kunitachi on March 4th and at Shojimaru in Kanda on April 9th (movie).
In March, 2022, I played guitar and sang a vocal part in a traditional music band "Tomoshibi". Video was shown in a Kiyoshiro Birthday event held at Kanda Shojimaru in April. https://jungle.design-taka.com/
★★★ Support Live for a restaurant Yakuzen TenTen ★★★
Live performances are scheduled on May 7(Sat), 14 (Sat), May 28 (Sat) evening. Since Dec. 2021, I had live performance almost every month to support Yakuzen Tenten, a Chinese restaurant of medicinal dishes (address: Shinmei 4-22-6 2F, Hino, Tokyo Tel.+81-42-842-3086). No music charge/One dish order. Mr. Lee Shun Hua, who is the owner chef is a friend of mine. Everyone who came and enjoyed tasty dishes, thank you for kind support! Videoes are on next page.

二胡＆ギターの民族音楽ユニット「ともしび」
2022年4月2日 神田Shojimaruでの「キセキ＆ジャングルのキヨシロー」にてスペシャル映像として「ともしび」が上映、ネット配信されました。＜収録曲＞ 「哇哈々」、「康定情歌」、「幸福的家」、「べサメ・ムーチョ」、「未発表曲」（by 忌野清志郎 + 小林和生、1968)
2022年3月末 日野の某オリンピック関連施設内のスタジオにて二胡とギターの民族音楽ユニット「ともしび」の録音と録画。敬愛する元RCサクセションと元タイマーズのお二人と演奏させていただきました。午前午後で6曲という駆け足録音でした。
2021年4月4日 神田Shojimaruでの「キセキ＆ジャングルのキヨシロー」にてスペシャル映像として「ともしび」が上映、ネット配信されました。＜収録曲＞ 「八木節」、「夜の散歩をしないかね」（by 忌野清志郎、1976）、「Happy Birthday」
2021年3月末 国立の某スタジオにて敬愛する元RCサクセションのメンバーお二人と峠による演奏を録音・録画。５曲を半日でというマラソン録音でした。

【 Past Information of Moderate Recent 】
At One Music Studio in Kunitachi, Tokyo
(End of March, '21) Two respected musicians of ex-"RC succession", Mr.Kazuo Kobayashi(Erhu) and Mr.Kozo Niida(Percussion) and Toge Ippei(g, vo, Erhu) recorded audio and video at one music studio in Kunitachi. It was a marathon recording took five songs within a half day.
(Apr.4, '21) The video was, as special movie, screened at an event "Kiyoshiro of Kiseki and Jungle" held at Shojimaru (Kanda, Tokyo).
(Apr.9-23, '21) The above special movie was released by online delivery TwitcastPremier.
Picture shows the recording scene, but unable to define who because of face masks and glasses...

二胡製作の修行（皮張り）
椿二胡工房様のご指導のもと二胡の皮張りを修行中。
➡ 一号機が完成！
職人さんの域には届いていないと思いますが、第１号機としては満足のいく仕上がり・音色になりました。本当に懇切丁寧にご教示くださいました工房主の椿善教様、どうも有難うございます！

Training of Erhu Making (Leathering)
With kind instructions of Tsubaki Erhu Workshop, I have had training of skin leathering.
➡ The first Erhu was finished up.
It hasn't reached to professional level yet, but I was satisfied with its doneness and sound. I thank very much Mr.Yoshinori Tsubaki, the onwer of workshop Tsubaki Niko Kobo, for his truly kind instructions and suggestions.
皮張りについて
養殖とはいえニシキヘビという生き物の皮を張ること自体申し訳ないという感情を抱きます。
➡ 薄板や人工素材で代替する製法を模索しようと思います。
Concerning Leathering
Using breeded python's skin, I have feeling of sadness and guilt for leathering itself.
➡ I will search for alternative method using thin woodboard, artificial materials, and so on.
大型ショベル の修行
➡ 「解体」資格の取得完了！
2020年の大特免許と油圧ショベル「整地」資格の取得に続いて2021年は油圧ショベルの「解体」資格を取得致しました。
いつの日か物作りの工房をセルフビルドできたらと。材料となる廃材を自ら調達し、自ら穴を掘り、自ら組み上げ・・・
そのときに備えて資格取得後も建機教習所にて個人レッスンを積んでいます。トレーラー荷台に乗る・降りる、正確な四角い穴を一定の深さで掘る、バケット先端で底面をスィープして平面にする、スィープで平らな斜面を作るなどなど。畠中教官殿、大変お世話になりました！

Training of Large Hydraulic Shovel
➡ I was given the credential for teardown!
After getting licence of large-sized special motor vehicle and hydraulic shovel credential for bulldozing in 2020, I got the hydraulic shovel credential for teardown in 2021.
I would like to build a warehouse-like building by myself someday. I want to obtain demolition debris by myself, and dig ground by myself, and assemble by myself...
To prepare for it, I had "private lessons" of hydraulic shovel after getting licence; "To/from trailer's back, get on and get off", "Dig precise square with a certain depth", "Make its bottom surface level using bucket sweep", "Make flat surface of slope using sweep", etc. I thank Mr.Hatanaka, the instructer, very much for many cooperations!

Possibility of Erhu Recording in Public Bath
Searching for more warm and more natural reverb sound, I asked "Dai-ni Takarayu" a public bath in Ogikubo, Tokyo if we can do recording in the bath.
We have already got "Yes" from Dai-ni Takarayu. Thank you veru much! Then we need to make balance between schedules, mentality, and blood glucose level and so on.

Possibility of Making Erhu without Using Animal Skin
I will search for alternative methods using thin woodboard, artificial materials. Picture shows good references which were made by erhu player long before. I would like to find the best enjoyable (combinations of) material.

二胡ライブを毎月やっています（だいたい土曜日）
オーナーシェフの李 峻発（リ・シュンファ）さんは中国・天津のご出身で、中国飲食栄養協会の薬膳調理師免許を持ち、中野区「富興楼」、杉並区「飲茶天津」を２４年間経営してこられました。２０２１年新たなお店として日野市神明に「薬膳天天」を開店されました。（住所：日野市神明4-22-6 ２F、Tel.０４２-８４３-３０８６）
本格薬膳のメニューに加え一般の中華メニューも多数そろっています。普通の中華料理よりも油の使用を控えたあっさりとしたやさしい味付けです。
2021年に薬膳天天が開店したての頃、峠は二胡をもって天天に行き李さんに聴いてもらいました。そうして天天で演奏するようになりました。どうも有り難うございます！！ 謝謝你！！
